convenient location clean room good breakfast unattended reception small room unprivate bathroom
the location proved convenient for local exploration. the rooms were clean. i appreciated the breakfast (especially the pastries!).
the reception area was often unattended. the room i stayed in was quite small. i also noted that the bathroom lacked privacy.

Great Boutique Experience
convenient location botanic gardens helpful staff welcome drink
The location provided convenient access to cafes and restaurants. I also found the proximity to the Botanic Gardens advantageous. The staff brought our bags up the stairs, a thoughtful touch. The welcome drink offered upon arrival. the cupcakes placed in the room, were appreciated.
The towels seemed somewhat worn, I noticed some loose threads and a strong detergent smell.

The hotel features stairs, a detail for those with mobility considerations. staff assistance with luggage mitigates this. The location also offers convenient access to nearby grocery stores, Kings Cross station and the Royal Botanic Gardens..

Breakfast is à la carte with several hot options available. I did observe good breakfast spots and a laundromat approximately 30 meters from the hotel, a handy detail for longer stays and an honesty bar is available..

the location had many restaurants nearby and shopping was great too the room was a good size and nicely designed with fine linens. the welcome drink was a nice touch and the evening cookie tray was a plus

lack of privacy sliding door
the location was acceptable , with proximity to kings cross.
the bathroom sliding door did not close fully , and i could hear noises and smell odors from the toilet. this lack of privacy was not ideal.

great location stylish decor friendly staff small room bathroom privacy expensive hotel
The hotel location was great. It was close to many restaurants. the room decor seemed clever and stylish! staff members were also quite friendly and helpful. A very nice touch.
My room was quite small, i didn't like that. Space felt limited. the bathroom lacked privacy! i also found the hotel to be expensive though.
